To check, please login to your account, if the dashboard shows ‘search in progress’ then we are searching. We have no control over test availability or wait time.

We can’t predict when and if a cancellation will be found. Cancellations are not guaranteed. We can only notify you if there is an available slot at the time of your account searching. If your dashboard shows ‘search in progress’ then we are searching.

Wait times differ from customer to customer, cancellations are not guaranteed and not everyone will get one. If your dashboard shows ‘search in progress’ then we are searching.

The most common reasons for not being able to search for cancellations are:

1- You do not have an active test booking (you need one to use our service, the fee you pay us doesn’t cover the cost of the test). You need to book a test on the official Gov website.
2- You have not provided us with the latest test booking reference. (You can update this via manage plan or provide us with your theory pass number via manage plan).
3- Your DVSA details that you have provided are not correct.

An email with more information of the error that applies to you will have been sent to the email address you registered your account under.

The search stops once we successfully change your test. You can restart the search via your account to search again. If your dashboard shows ‘search in progress’ then we are searching.

If your dashboard shows ‘search in progress’ then we are searching. We have no control over which account finds a test and the total tests each account can find. It is down to luck and being there at the right time. We can only notify you if there is an available slot at the time of your account searching.

Yes, we can change the test centre to your original booking (England, Scotland and Wales), we search based on your criteria, not where or when your test is booked for. We can change the location of your test, as well as bring it forward or postpone it! What and where our system searches for is decided by you via your account.

Our service is for learner drivers, for car tests only. (We do not search for extended tests or licence upgrades).

Our service has a money back guarantee as long as we have not found you a test (booking not required), you are within 30 days of payment and your test has not been changed outside of our service. T&Cs of service apply.
